Case study · Boutique residential development · Lisbon, Portugal
Nine homes around a planted courtyard, presented as a warm editorial monograph.
Independent concept project created to demonstrate our approach to luxury real estate digital experiences.

A fictional developer is selling nine residences in a restored Lisbon building. Buyers are international, often purchasing a second home, and will discover the project remotely before ever visiting.
Give a small development the presence of a much larger one, and let remote buyers understand each home well enough to request a viewing with confidence.
Warm paper tones, a serif display face and golden-hour photography. Long chapters move from the courtyard to the residences to the neighbourhood, the way a visitor would walk through it.
Proposed for a live build — not in the demo
Designed to shorten the distance between first visit and viewing request: buyers can compare homes, check what remains and inquire about a specific residence in one place.
